I can't seem to find the fuse to the heater blower to see if its blown.is it a fuse or relay and where would it be located for I have no manual to this car.

The answer to that is only a Google away. If that's not your problem also check out the resistor that is located in the heat duct against the firewall on the passenger side inside the car.Google that too while you're at it. They are prone to failure on older cars. Not too bad to change yourself although it is easier if you happen to be a contortionist.
