riding along at 50-60 miles an hour,must slow doen due to traffic as traffic moves I try to get back up to speed engine serges,service engine lite comes on and you gat back up to speed,you get the same sergeing after slowing down againm

Have a scan done to see whats going on, sounds like it may be the throttle position sensor possibly.
