Yes. Although some models offer an access panel to get to the top of the tank, yours is not one of them.

Ok thanks this was very helpful...I have another question my motor is shaking and want idle I drove it that day no problems then came home went to leave agin and it just started all at once I don't understand what could be wrong with it just all at once with no indication at all that anything was wrong with my car?

Shaking is caused by a misfire, and not idling can be caused by several reasons. I would not jump to the conclusion you have a bad fuel pump, more likely you have dirty filters or engine needs a tune up. Clean or replace the PVC and EGR valves, check the PVC hose/elbow don't have a vacuum leak, check the IAC (idle air control) valve is clean, then check all fuel injectors are good (that may take more resources than you have, such as a noid light). You can also check for proper fuel pressure at the fuel regulator and fuel rail. If you have a loss of pressure, it may be from the regulator or even a dirty fuel filter. Basically, it needs maintenance.
