temperature gauge

my 1999 grand prix, temperature gauge goes all the way to hot when the car is first turned
and stays there until the key is turned off

Same problems. I replaced the coolant temp sensor, new thermostat, new coolant level sensor, flushed and filled the system.. my gauge still goes all the way up about 10 sec after I start the car and I still get a low coolant level light too... I dont know what to do next.. any ideas??
