I don't know what an hgow is, and they do make plastic bags big enough to drive a car in, but why would you want to do so? Humidity would be terrible inside.

I think the OP wants to put airbags on the suspension for the vehicle to help in lowering it. Look online for help as this is a custom project, or a local shop that specializes in custom suspension work.

Don't be ridiculous Tom. That's the silliest thing I've ever heard. He obviously wants an inexpensive and easy way to keep his car clean, or perhaps protect it from overhead debris falling from the trees.
