my grand prix v6 se revs high when shiftng out of 3
gear I have to get it a lil past 3000 rims for it to
shift other that that  it drives fine can this be an ez
fix?

If it's an automatic tranny then this sounds like you may have either a TCM that is not responding to inputs from the ECM or some sticky shift solenoids inside the transmission, a tranny shop can plug in and run separate test to determine what at fault. If it is a manual tranny the this sounds like the syncros are showing signs of wear, eventually the tranny will need overhauling.
