Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Try to start car but does not attempt to turn over.
Battery is fully charged.   If you jump the car it starts
immediately.    Not mechanical at all and just need
direction before I head to a mechanic.

Agree. If the battery is 5 years or older its time for a new one anyway. Slap a new one in and see what happens. If its newer than that go the load test route and check all connections and grounds.
