Check for a blown ( ETCS ) Electric Throttle Control System fuse. Or it could be a dirty throttle body. defective idle air control valve system, MAP/MAF sensor, engine coolant temperature sensor, faulty ignition coil, or maybe the fuel pump or its relay. It's OBD-1, and you probably won't find anyone to read codes, so you're probably stuck trying to read them yourself. A service manual for this car will show you how and want the light flashes mean.
