Question type: Maintenance & Repair

from a stop if I apply the gas quickly the moves forward but there is a vibration
that is felt through the steering wheel and the noise it kind of weird drum roll
or dragging if I let up on the peddle the symptoms go away. this does not
happen during normal driving at speed, excelleration is normal.  It from the
stop it almost is like the breakes where binding or the drive axle is slipping.
