Will  rims off a ford winstar van fit on my 2004
pontic grand am

Nope. According to www.wheelsupport.com the bolt patterns are slightly different. Grand Am has 16×6.5 wheels with bolt pattern 5×115. The Windstar has 15×6 wheels with bolt pattern 5×108. Very close but the slight difference in the bolt pattern will prevent the wheel from mounting properly.
