My wipers jerk around on LOW. On HIGH and Intermittent the work fine

Blades and windshield are fine. It's only on LOW speed they jerk. Could it be the low speed circuit , control or wiring in the motor.

MY MISTAKE. They work fine on low and high. It's the intermittent settings where they stop, jerk or only go half way
