trying to bleed my brakes cant get no brake fluid to come when i pump the brake

Is the fluid reservoir full? If it is and you cannot get flow at a wheel, you probably have a blockage in the line to that wheel. If there is no flow to any wheel, you probably need a new master cylinder.
