Does having bad brake pads make the Trac Light come on?

I know that I need new breaks pads, just wondering if this would cause the TRAC OFF light to come on

no. what would cause the trac light to come is one of drive tires was turning way faster than the other one, causing loss of traction

If the ABS and SVS lights are on with the Trac Off light, you have a bad wheel sensor. If it's just the Trac Off light, push the button above the radio.

No brake pads Do not. Cuse your track light to come on. Bad Hub bearing in the front or back of car...
