No security light, hard time starting, if turns over dies in a couple of seconds.

02 pontiac grand am, had my ignition switch
replaced. Now I have no cluster gauges at all, no
security light flashing, has a hard time turning over,
if it does turn over it dies with in seconds, if I press
on the gas pedal it revs for a second and dies like it
ran out of gas. Any help?
