Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. When turning left, there is a loud humming noise coming from the driver side wheel well. The noise can be heard with a slight turn of the steering wheel while driving down the road. No noise is noticeable when car is stopped and steering wheel is cranked to each side.

I replaced the driver side wheel bearing. After this didn't fix the problem, I replaced the driver side CV half shaft assembly which didn't work either. Brake pads look fine. Caliper has been replaced. Tires are fairly new.

The vehicle is leaking power steering fluid if that could be related. Fluid levels appear to be adequate. Other Google searches have come up empty, so I'm at a loss for what is causing the problem. Thanks for any help provided!
