Do a compression test on all cylinders, chances are that you either warped/cracked a cylinder head or blew the head gaskets.

if it is a bad head gasket you can get an entire head gasket and intake gasket set off of ebay for around 60 bucks, even comes with new intake bolts, but no head bolts. Wish the best of luck on the repair!

Is it a constant tick, like tick- tick- tick? Maybe have a CD stuck in the player? Is that what you are asking for the question???

did you let the engine cool before adding water/antifreeze ? If not there is a good chance of engine damage.
