Driver side headlight

Replace the headlight bulb on the driver side of my
Pontiac Grand Am in the headlight is still not
working what could it be

Check the socket and wires for signs of corrosion and good ground. Spray the socket with Electric Parts Cleaner, be careful not to touch the bulb with your fingers, it may be damaged; I didn't think this to be true until it happened to my brother.
