running The Higher Side 240 when
you put the heat on there's no heat
is that heater core problem

Sounds like your low on coolant, or the water pump is bad. Check the coolant level, if it is very low or see non, you may have a leak or a bad head gasket. Try filling it up if it is low, and you may have to purge the cooling system from air pockets. No heat coming from the heater core is a sign of low coolant or air in the cooling system.
