Dose any have this problem?

I have a problem when I pull the shifter from park to drive
it gives a kick and if I'm at a stop sign or stop light and I
get ready to take off my car was shift at 1500 RPM and
give us like kick you when he kicks out of first into second
gear does anybody know if my tranny is going out
