My car want start and my break was
messing up I did find out that my top to my
master cylinder rubber pics that go under
the cap was tore up and that will make your
breaks go out and I had a tune up did and
still want stay start it

TRY AGAIN PLEASE .. THE RUBBER SEAL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ..WONT START...IF YOU LOOSE BRAKE FLUID ADD AND PUT A NEW SEAL ON THE HOLDING TANK...BUT ..WONT START??????????????????
