Odd you should not have any codes if you disconnected the battery, that resets the system back to factory default on this vehicle. The start and dying sounds like the security system is in full shut down, this happens if the vehicle looses battery power and is turned on as a default setting from the factory, refer to your owners manual for the correct procedure to turn off the security system and then see if it will start and run. If it does use a scan tool to reset the system and start from square one with diagnostics. If it doesn't then you may need to have the vehicle live data scanned too see what is causing the no start problem, could be a sensor misread or a bad sensor ground.
