Are there any parts on a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am that are interchangeable with other GM car parts?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need to replace a bumper, fender, and among other things; a lower A-frame. Just
curious if I can use an A-frame from a different car, GM or not, to replace my bent one? I
currently can't find any A-frames at the Spauldings closest to me.
