Speedometer instrument cluster reset

The speedometer on my 95 Grand Am is stuck on
Full Speed how do I reset the speedometer and or
instrument cluster?

First of all a 95 model if it's an old-school cluster look to make sure that the needle is not stuck underneath the little pin now if it is this new school cluster in the GM's and those they are electronic they have one plug that plugs in the back of them if that's the case the problem is is if any one of those gauges are bad you've got to replace the whole cluster there's no changes no if ands or buts about it you'll have to go buy you another cluster
