I am surprised a new battery did not solve this. The "clicks" tell me the starter solenoid is getting power but the starter motor is not seeing enough to crank the engine. Make sure your new battery is fully charged. If it is and you only get the clicks, look for loose or corroded connections at the battery, the starter and the alternator. If all good, I agree with ed92626, its probably your starter.
