Is black small box have 3 connection PSV plastic one go to sen sore looks to me about oil? PSV hace damages, need replace  what is the name of this part  located over top on engine  in front easy to located. also this car go over heat  and light engine show up?

it sounds like some kind of a relay,it could be a cooling fan relay if the car is overheating.
