1998 plymouth grand voyager espresso 3.3

i recently bought this vehicle fixed minor problems now the car wont start ...
lil history .. when i got the car the batt was dead alternator seemed good so i replaced the battery with a new one then the battery light came on about a week after i put the new one in ... when i would start the car and take off one terminal the car what shut off i assumed it was the alternator so i replaced it after i replaced it i still had the same problem i got a boost drove the car oly a block before it died again and i was never able to start it again ... now all i get is the sound of the car trying to start no ideas now

also the car had a wire running from the ground wire on the negative/gound batt terminal running to the inside the starter relay in the fuse box

bad ground or power is grounding out on frame if that all checks out try starter
