car ran, replaced transmission, now it wont turn over or crank, when I turn the key its silent, replaced started, battery is charged and good, cable connections are clean and good,no fuses are blown, what can be the cause?

My guess: faulty electrical connection that may be related to your recent transmission work. Otherwise, bad ignition switch or dead battery. A mechanic can usually figure it out if it's not turning over at all. It's the problem that only happens randomly that's very tough to figure out.
