Can I put a turbo in it?

Hi, I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 3.1l. I am a new beginning mechanic and I was
just curious if I could put a turbo in it, and if I can how hard would it be and if it would even be

You can turbo just about anything in theory. a bit of quick googling didn't return and specific kits for your vehicle to make it easy on you but I'm sure it can be done.
