Spark plug wire keep coming off, how can I fix this?

The problem I am having is the spark plug wire behind the oil fill cap keeps popping off of
the spark plug. When this happens the vehicle run poorly. I cannot figure out why this is
happening. I pushed the wire back onto the spark plug, but it keep happening. Any ideas
as to why this happens? Other than that the vehicle runs fine.
