99 mitsubishi montero dies when there is moisture in Air

We think it is a fuel problem we have put fuel anti freeze in fuel. worked for a
while . the other day there was a fog and the vehicle wouldn't start

Would there be any thing with the fuel or air Flow that would cause and issue. when the fuel additive was added it worked through a rain Storm after that it sat for a few days and would not start.

I agree with Ed. This sounds like an electrical issue.

Dielectric grease on the connector boots and O rings.
