1999 Montero Sport, headlamp fuse blows upon installing it. just got car used. Thanks for your time and help.

Sometimes a blown head light can short out and cause the fuse to blow remove both head lights or the one that you can see that is bad once removed put fuse in again and see if it blows if not replace bad head light.
