low or no heat in cabin of the car, air condition do not work

I receive low heat or no air condition in my cabin of my 1998 montero sport 4 wd
the heat is very low, when temp. outside reaches 32 degrees or less..it take a very long time to receive heat..

make sure you are full on your antifreeze. if its low, it wil take forever to heat up. If it is, consider a cooling system flush. you may have a plugged heater core.

My wife had new head gaskets, new Water pump, new Thermostat replaced but no heat comes into the Cab of the SUV, What is the problem?
