What black top is darker so it would blend best on my black eclipse? cloth or vinyl?

Im thinking in replacing my tan top on my black gst spyder and am wondering which top finish is darker,the vinyl or cloth?  i know that either won't be a perfect match but i've seen some tops that are darker than others and am wondering witch finish is darker?

I couldn't tell you which is darker but you're going to be paying out about $1500-2K to buy and install a new top. Mine was egged and the egg never came out....so it started to mold. I could claim mine to insurance and get a new one for my deductable. My insurance paid out the ass though.
