I have a 2003 Grand Mercury Marquis sending direct power
to fuel pump nothing put a brand new fuel pump on it what
can be the problem anyone help me I checked all the fuses
and relays everything checked out good

Are you getting power to the fuel pump? If so measure the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. If you don't know how to do this it is time to have a qualified mechanic look at it.
