why does the traction control cause electrical cutout?

When I activate the traction control it causes the electrical systems to cut in and out nd the car to stall. what could be the cause for this? Is there a relay that can be replaced for the traction control?

Tough one. Just don't use the traction control. Have the car scanned.

Bad design--I don't think it actually works.
