i took the motor out of a 99 mercury grand marquis and put the motor in a 01 mercury grand marquis and i can't get any fire nor gas what should i do

the 99 was running but it was hit from behind so this guy bought a 01 body and I change the engine from the 99 to the 01 and I can't get any fire to the coils and I can't get any fuel or fire to the fuel injectors. could it be the wire harness have different plug up

HUMMM ... DID YOU CHANGE OUT THE CONTROLL BOX (BRAIN)..YES IT IS A DIFFERENT HARNESS SOMEWHAT..
