2001 grand marquis power mirrors wont work whats wrong?

Its one of those things that just needs to be looked at, first I would try cleaning the switch with electrical cleaner and blow it out. Another thing is wires break in-between the door and door jam. Just need to get your mind into it, or take it to a shop to be looked at.
