2001 Grand Marquis Electrical problems

Asked by NiV Jul 06, 2015 at 04:01 PM about the 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis LS

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My key FOB quit working, I replaced the battery but nothing changed. Then I noticed
the illumination on my keyless entry stopped working, as did my elec locks and trunk
release, both From the FOB and from the door controls.  Now the windows will roll
down on their own, the locks lock and unlock also on their own, all the while the alarm
system is going off. These all happen on their own My windows work fine, all fuses
have been checked.

Please help
