What will causes my car to start cutting out when I go to slow down. and when it is cutting out my check engine light will flashes till it stops cutting out. and when I go to try to give it gas to try to get it to stop cutting out it smells like rotten eggs.

all so check the co2 sensor. How many miles are on it? Go and get the engine scaned and get the codes that will let you know what is going on
