air conditioner and vent blows hot air, it corrected itself for a day or so then went back to
hot air again

try recharging it and see what happens, do not put in any stop leak nor condition. Get a recharge kit - comes with gauge,hook- up,instructions.Usually only a temporary fix but I've been temporarily fixing the kitchen fridge for 4 years now ( ever since the repair man that came to fix it said he couldn't}
