If you are getting fire and fuel it should run. Did you drain the radiator before you pulled the intake?

The reason I asked if you drained the antifreeze is you can do severe damage to the engine if you don't. The antifreeze will run into the cylinders and when you crank it over it will bend the rods. Pull the spark plugs and crank it over and see if antifreeze shoots out the cylinders.

yes radiator was drained and also checked the cylinder and they were dry the only thing that need to check is probably the fuel pressure,, I also change the spark plugs ,, replaced them with same brand .. haven't check the fuel pressure cuz car was running fine before I replace the intake so I don't know what I did wrong or what im missing,

Check the ground at the battery. The small wire for broken or corroded. This is the PCM ground.
