fuel pressure regulator again Does temp affect

Back again on the 99 grand marquis
was thinking I had fuel regulator problem
last two days was hot and could not start or run  at night when cooler no problem
am I still looking at a fuel regulator problem?

Buy a fuel pressure gauge from auto store, don't cost much. Then you'll know. I think it's something else, but who knows? Also, how much is a regulator on Rockauto.com, or other nline sites like PartsGeek.
