I changed my wiper motor my wiper switch and the
windshield wipers still will not come on. I have a 99
grand marquis

If all your fuses look good, check for voltage at each fuse. Use a voltage probe, looks like a screwdriver with a needle point. If voltage on both side of EVERY fuse, Check voltage at the switch you just installed. Check with key on, but engine not running. ... if still no find electrical diagram and trace.
