99 grand marquis acts like it wants to cut off dash lights come on when on the gas

Why is my car doing this?

Wait man, are you saying that when you accelerate, say from a stop-sign, the dash lights come on? They should already be on if you mean the regular instrument panel lights, as opposed to warning lights...and they (the dash lights) are otherwise NOT on? Without headlights on?

I have the same problem but when I accelerate the left turn signal indicator on my dash lights up
