there are 4 bolts that hold your seat in, pull one, go to hardware store, get washers that fit the bolt and are round, pull all 3 other bolts, and 1 by 1 put 4 washers in between the seat mount and the floor, and put each bolt back in, try that, and use more or less as needed.....
I just don't know if the seat can be raised or how to do it
