Brake pedal all the way to the floor

There was a rumbling feeling in my brake pedal, it suddenly stopped, now I have to
push my brake pedal all the way to the floor. Could this be my brake booster? I've
checked for fluid leaks, brake fluid reservoir is full, no fluid inside the wheels, or
puddles on the ground. Fuses are all good, etc. Please help!!

I'd replace both booster and master cylinder, but you could try just the master first, but the rumbling makes me think booster.
