1993 Mercury Grand Marquis LS

Asked by Faithinyou Sep 08, 2019 at 10:25 AM about the 1993 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Sedan RWD

Question type: General

I was gifted a perfect ‘93 Marquis.
When it was delivered I sat in it and
my knees hit the dash. The electric
seat moves forwards and backwards
but it doesn’t go back far enough. I’m
only 6’2”. I looked under the seat to
see if it was blocked but it’s clean as
a whistle under there. What am I
missing ?  I had a ‘92 Marquis I fit in
so why don’t I fit in a ‘93 ? Please
help. I’m old and can’t figure this one
out.

Makes no sense to me. I had a '93 and I*'m 6-0, no knee problem. Seat must not be going back all the way. I loved my '93, had a lot of great adventures in it. I was so sorry to see it go. Best car I ever had.
