03 lincoln town car wont start

My 03 lincoln won't start, it act's like the fuel pump is bad because it ran great but just
wont start now. It start's for just a second. but act's like it's not getting fuel. I checked the
fuel pump on the injector bar. I pushed the valve open and turned the key and it shot out
fuel. Could it still be the fuel pump or something else?

Unfortunately, the fuel pump can fail and still put a little pressure in the fuel rail. You really need to hook up a gauge to read the fuel pressure. It's a lot more than a squirt.
