How to turn off green lights on the head liner by
the back window on a 2003 lincon town car

Sounds like issues with cosmetic light bar. I'd find the fuse for that circuit and pull it. Careful with that though you could be dealing with a series line ( a fuse that has multiple communications going on). Luck2u
