Scan the vehicle at the OBD connector.. read the codes from the EEC computer. NO telematics (modem) on a 2003-2011 Lincoln town car.

You need to find out if you have fuel pressure and if you have spark. Modem indeed!

without any surrounding noise, get inside car, door closed, windows upl. Turn key to the "on" position, don't try to start car by turning key all the way. Do you hear a whine noise coming from back seat area or back of car? Try 2 or three times to be sure. If you do NOT hear anything your fuel pump is NOT working. Replace it. If fuel pump is whining and working try replacing fuel inline-filter,, possibly clogged up on a 15 year old car if never changed.
